All About cOASIS Sharepoint

We recommend all of our clients take advantage of our Sharepoint system to encourage a smooth workflow and well-organized system of documentation from year to year. Learn how to post in discussion boards, view your responses, review your timelines, set alerts and view previous years' projects. Sharepoint is a great way to stay in touch with your project, access training modules, and track to-dos.

Essentials of cOASIS Admin and Reports

Wed., Dec. 7, 2016, 1–2 pm Central

Our redesigned Essentials of cOASIS Admin training session is invaluable to any client new to cOASIS or in need of a refresher. This training session introduces you to the Admin Tool Bar and gives you tips and tricks on how to navigate the system and pull basic reports into Word or Excel. cOASIS terminology is also described: Accounts, Activities and Controls. This training will be repeated on the first Wednesday of every month.

All about cSubmit

Wed., Dec. 14, 2016, 1–2 pm Central

How much do you really know about the options available in your cOASIS submission sites? For example, did you ever consider using cOASIS to collect grant submissions? Our clients use this module for a variety of functions to streamline their administrative processes. In this training we will run through all the options that are available for clients in cSubmit. New features are added to the submission module on a regular basis: join this call to be kept informed about all the latest configurations and how they can work for you!   

All about cReview

Wed., Dec. 21, 2016, 1–2 pm Central

In this session, we will review how to use the tools available to you both in cReview and cOASIS admin and show you tricks to use them more efficiently. We’ll also do a quick review of automated reviewer assignments, as well as demonstrate our Abstract Review module with its different options for scoring (regular and multi-criteria), flags, and pre-selected comments. We will also demonstrate the various options available for your score reports. Come prepared with any questions you have about these critical parts of the abstract process.
